New law: Abu Dhabi residents can now seek reduction in environmental fines 21/1/2025
(GULF NEWS) - Residents facing environmental fines in Abu Dhabi now have an opportunity to reduce their penalties under certain conditions, thanks to a new regulation issued by the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD). The regulation outlines reconciliation and appeal procedures for environmental administrative violations, fostering transparency and encouraging compliance.
