The 2015 AFED report on sustainable consumption was presented in a plenary session on the second day of the second international energy management conference in Bahrain, under the auspices of the Minister of Energy of Bahrain and organized by Bahrain's National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) and Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) between 7-8 December 2015.

 

Professor Ibrahim Abdelgelil, co-editor of AFED report presented the highlights of the report and the 2015 AFED public survey results on sustainable consumption. Around 400 participants attended the conference from the energy and water industry, universities and research institutions, international organizations, Non-government organizations and the media. A large number of the attendees showed interest in receiving copies of the report, which can be downloaded from AFED website.
